I had another post all written and ready to post.
But, my heart is heavy tonight. The news on t.v. and online is confusing, and a little scary (to me).
However, as I was walking past my front door, I stopped and smiled.
I made a new decoration for our front door...I figured it was time to put away the Christmas wreath. (Oops!)
This yellow breath of sunshine just makes me smile.
I hope it does you, too. We could all use some smiling today.
It took me about 60 seconds to purchase the elements at Michael's - 40% off--woo hoo!
It took me about 60 seconds to assemble, and hang on our front door.
That equals...2 minutes! (not including drive time--when I was sipping a Sonic sweet tea!)

I put felt furniture protectors on the back, so the metal basket wouldn't bang against our door:
My nail made the basket hang too high...so I added some florist wire to the top to help it hang lower.
